Torino vs. Parma: battle to avoid the drop

Matchday 29 of Serie A kicks off with a clash between Torino and Parma, as both sides are eager to stay away from the relegation zone.

Matchday 29 of Serie A Enilive begins at the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino. With 30 points still up for grabs between now and the end of the season, wins are more important than ever, especially at the bottom of the table. Torino are all too aware of this. Currently at 30 points and coming off a defeat in Naples, they are keen to get back to winning ways and move further away from Cremonese, who are in third-from-bottom on 24 points. Four points above them are Parma, who are chasing a sixth consecutive positive result to maintain their place in mid-table.

HEAD-TO-HEAD

There have been 21 official meetings in Turin between the two sides: Torino have won six (most recently 1–0 in Serie A 2020/21), there have been 10 draws (most recently 0–0 in Serie A 2024/25) and Parma have won five (most recently 2–1 away in Serie A 2018/19).

Parma have gone 239 minutes without scoring away to Torino: their last goal in this fixture in Turin was scored by Kučka in the 31st minute of Torino–Parma 1–1 on 20 June 2020, a historic match as it was the first official Serie A game after the pandemic stoppage.
