The partnership between Lega Calcio Serie A and Electronic Arts takes a further step forward ahead of the 2026/27 season. As a new license added to the existing agreement between the two organisations, S.S. Lazio returns to the EA SPORTS FC™ video game after a five-title absence.
With the return of the Biancocelesti, the number of officially licensed Serie A Enilive clubs in FC 27 rises to 17. This forms part of EA SPORTS FC™ 27’s commitment to providing unparalleled authenticity, with over 21,000 players from more than 800 clubs and national teams, over 130 stadiums and over 35 leagues from around the world. The result confirms the ongoing commitment of Lega Calcio Serie A and EA SPORTS FC to make the gaming experience ever more authentic and true to the reality of Italian football, with the aim of promoting the League within the gaming world as well.
Lazio’s return consolidates a strategic partnership that continues to promote Serie A Enilive globally, bringing fans and gamers closer together through an increasingly comprehensive, engaging and authentic experience.
With the comeback in EA SPORTS FC™ 27, fans will have the opportunity to connect with the club via all-new features ahead of the game's worldwide launch on 25 September 2026 (with Early Access available from 18 September for Ultimate Editions). Key innovations in FC 27 include The Grounds*, a new social playground that expands the Clubs experience; the all-new Football Ultimate Team™ Gallery; a rebuilt Career Transfer Market; and community-driven gameplay improvements.
