Salernitana vs. Sassuolo: kicking off Matchday 31

Salernitana to host Sassuolo to reopen the fight for survival. The Neroverdi need points to get out of the penultimate position

Salernitana and Sassuolo will open Matchday 31 in Serie A TIM at the Arechi. With 24 points still up for grabs and 11 needed for safety, the hosts, on 14 points, will need to win to keep their hopes of playing to the bitter end alive. The Neroverdi also need points, penultimate on 24, and having lost to Roma and drawn against Udinese since the win over Frosinone on 9 March. With a win, Baladrini’s lads could, for at least a moment, make it out of the relegation places.
