Lecce vs. Como to get matchday 33 underway

Lecce are on the hunt for points in the relegation battle. The Lariani, meanwhile, are in a relatively comfortable position

Matchday 33 in Serie A Enilive will kick off with Lecce vs. Como. Lecce haven’t won since the end of January and have picked up just three points from their last nine matches. They need to put more distance between themselves and Empoli and Venezia, both of whom sit two points below them. Thanks to their victories over Monza and Torino, Como have a healthy twelve-point advantage over the drop zone. The Lariani are looking up the table as they try and close in on tenth position, which is currently jointly occupied by Torino and Udinese.

Among the teams against whom Como have never lost in Serie A, Lecce are the one they have faced the most: four wins and a draw for the Lariani. Como have faced Lecce twice away from home in Serie A, between 1985 and 1989: a 4-1 away victory in the first match and a 0-0 draw in the most recent one.
