Bologna host Salernitana as they look to maintain fourth spot and potentially move away from the chasing pack. The side from Campania can only win to keep their hopes alive of safety

No Easter Monday trip for Bologna, who at 12:30 CEST host Salernitana determined to maintain fourth place and restart a winning streak, after their six-match winning run came to a stop by Inter before beating Empoli before the break. Stefano Colantuono's boys, starting off his third stint as Granata head coach, are forced to win to keep their slim hopes of survival alive.

Salernitana haven’t won in their last 11 league matches (D2 L9) and only once have they recorded more matches in a row without win in a single in Serie A campaign: 12 (D5 L7) at the start of this season, between August and November 2023. No team has scored more goals in injury time than Bologna in this Serie A season (six, level with Atalanta), while Salernitana have conceded 20 goals in the last 15 minutes of play of the second half (plus injury time), more than any other side.
