The new season of eSerie A Goleador kicks off

The eSerie A Goleador 2026 officially kicks off. With the first matches scheduled for Tuesday, 17 February 2026, starting at 3 p.m., the Lega Calcio Serie A esports championship, organised in collaboration with Infront Italy, returns for its sixth edition, bringing the passion of Italian football from the pitch to the virtual field. With Torino FC eSports defending the title they won last year, the hunt for the championship title is back on, confirming the event as the most prestigious stage for competitive gaming in Italy. A new challenge on EA SPORTS FC™ 26 has just begun, ready to deliver a championship full of tactics, spectacle and twists and turns.

The season will feature a structure designed to keep the competition intense until the very last match. Sixteen esports teams from Italy's top football clubs, divided into four groups, will compete in a regular season with home and away matches: Group A (first leg on 17 February and second leg on 17 March) will see Hellas Verona FC, SSC Napoli eSports, Parma Esports and Udinese Esports compete against each other; Group B (first leg on 18 February and second leg on 18 March) will see Como Gaming Club, Juventus, US Lecce Esports and Torino FC Esports face off; Bologna FC 1909 Esports, ACF Fiorentina Esports, AS Roma Esports and Sassuolo eSports make up Group C (first leg on 3 March and second leg on 31 March); Group D (first leg on 4 March and second leg on 1 April) will see Cagliari Calcio Esports, U.S. Cremonese IGP, Genoa Esports and Pisa SC Esports face off. This marathon will test the reflexes and nerves of the pro players and, at the end of the regular season return matches scheduled for early April, will culminate in May during COMICON Napoli, where the Playoffs and Finals will be held to crown the new champion team. The eSerie A Goleador 2026 can be viewed on DAZN and on the competition's official Twitch and YouTube channels.

The competition will not only award the Italian title, but will also serve as a crucial springboard for the global competitive circuit. Included in Electronic Arts' official FC Pro calendar, eSerie A Goleador qualifies its champions for the most important events of the season: the eChampions League and the FC PRO World Championship.

The goal of this new season of eSerie A Goleador is to confirm and surpass the extraordinary success of last season, which generated 24 live events, 154 hours of broadcasting and over 3.5 million minutes viewed on Twitch. These results confirm the vision of Lega Calcio Serie A and Infront Italy: to cover every side of football, from the pitch to the virtual stadiums of competitive gaming, with the aim of reaching different generations and increasing the fan base.
