Fiorentina vs. Como concludes the round of 16

Napoli await in the quarter-finals for the winner between Fiorentina and Como at the Franchi

The round of 16 in this season’s Coppa Italia Frecciarossa concludes at the Franchi, as Fiorentina host Como. The Viola, who have won the trophy on six occasions and also lost in five finals, are making their entrance in this season’s tournament, their 75th participation in history. The Lariani, meanwhile, beat Südtirol 3-1 in the first round and Sassuolo 3-0 in the second; both games were at the Sinigaglia. Como’s six cup goals so far this campaign were scored by Douvikas (3), Rodriguez (2) and Da Cunha (1).

The winner will take on Napoli, who beat Cagliari 9-8 in a thrilling penalty shootout in their round of 16 tie. The game will take place at 21:00 CET on Tuesday, February; Bologna v Lazio is at the same time on the following day, Wednesday 11. The quarter-final action kicks off, however, on Wednesday, 4 February, with Inter vs Torino in Monza, with Atalanta then hosting Juventus the day after.
